Exchange & Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items on sale or purchased during promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange or refund if it meets our eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
